You’ll smell it. Yes, that’s fresh coffee in the air. The head honchos scoured the country looking for a blend that they would “drive an extra five kilometres for” and after months of false starts they found Coffee Supreme, a New Zealand company with a roastery in Melbourne.

The Supreme ethos is to use only the best Arabica beans and to use them fresh; that is, within ten days of roasting. The result is coffee without bitterness, coffee with a deep, almost nutty taste, lovely complexities and a simply heady aroma. And the punters are voting with their feet, meaning that re:hab’s baristas are on their feet until 10pm each night.
