Coffee Supreme Limited is a small Abbotsford based roasting company with one objective - to produce the best espresso coffee our customers have ever tasted.

Our values – love of coffee, passion for espresso and obsession with quality - are underpinned by our commitment to promoting espresso as a handmade cuisine.
Our approach is very hands on - we go to exceptional lengths to select the highest quality green coffees, and roast them with meticulous care.

We run an intensive quality control regime, sampling and tasting coffee before buying, and constantly test roasting and cupping all our ingredients to ensure they meet our standards.

Crucially for the cafes who use us, we train their coffee makers in the subtle craft of espresso preparation and foster a culture of espresso excellence, so that our customers can rely on us to be the foundation for their coffee success.

 

Our fair trade organic blend:
A blend sourced from organically grown and processed coffees - each certified at point of origin. Taken to a full espresso roast, this coffee has creamy body, medium acidity, some gamey fruit, and an earthy, spicy complexity.
Each coffee also carries Fairtrade certification which ensures the growers are paid a price which, at the very least, covers the cost of production and provides funds for education and community services. Suitable for all brewing methods, but best as espresso in milk.

Supreme blend
Our signature blend taken to a medium dark espresso roast. This full bodied coffee mixes richness, complexity and depth with a lingering cocoa finish. Designed to sit elegantly with milk, it also makes a superb espresso. Best as espresso but is lovely in plunger or filter.
